We had a wonderful time exploring the local sights, including the stunning Gateway Arch, which provides breathtaking views. The hotel was also accommodating to our precious dog, making it a great family getaway. The complimentary body lotion was a lovely touch.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options for kids were limited and could use improvement.

I stayed for a short trip with family to explore downtown attractions. The location was convenient and offered a traditional downtown vibe that I really enjoyed. While I faced some challenges with room cleanliness, there were a couple of staff members who were genuinely kind and accommodating, which helped make the experience more bearable. The food at the restaurant had its moments, with the steak sandwich being a highlight.

I loved the traditional downtown design. it felt charming and unique. The view of the city from my room was stunning, especially at night. The bed was comfortable. I slept well. However, there were significant issues. The blinds in my room didn't work, letting in bright lights that disrupted my sleep. The tub drained poorly, and I had to shower in dirty water. Despite requesting housekeeping multiple times, my room wasn't cleaned at all during my three-night stay. The floor was dirty upon check-in, and I found a sticky substance on it. These cleanliness issues really detracted from my stay.

If you're hunting for local eats, check out Charlie Gitto's Downtown for some killer Italian! And talk about luck—some spots like Sugarfire Smoke House are just a hop away. Plus, the traditional downtown style and cool vibe really gave the place character.
Now, I won’t sugarcoat it—the staff can be a mixed bag. It’s disheartening to see someone hang up on a client and then have to deal with a front desk clerk lacking basic manners. Plus, showing up to a room with a lipstick stain? Yikes! That just ain't the move.
